Connect Mac Pro & Mac mini to one monitor and KVM

I have a Mac Pro (mid 2012, upgraded with a Radeon RX 580 graphics card) running Mojave 10.14.6 and a Mac Mini (2018) running Sequoia 15.7.4. I want to connect both to a single monitor with one keyboard and mouse. Any suggestions as to a monitor and kvm switch?

Hi,

To connect a Mac Pro and Mac Mini to one monitor and KVM switch, use a 2-port KVM switch (DVI/HDMI/USB-A) to manage keyboard, mouse, and video signals. Connect both Macs to the KVM using HDMI and/or DVI for video, and USB cables for peripheral control, allowing seamless switching between computers.
