iOS 26 Bug: Display Zoom Blocks Call Button in Phone App on iPhone 17e

On an iPhone 17e running iOS 26.4.1 with the "Display Zoom" feature set to "Larger Text", the round green dial button is hidden behind the "Favorite/Recents/Contacts/Keypad" bar and cannot be pressed.

Setting Display Zoom back to "Default" fixes the problem, but the Display Zoom feature is very helpful for people with poor vision and this makes it unusable.

This is particularly dangerous because you are unable to make phone calls or dial 911 while Display Zoom is enabled.
