• After Tahoe 26.4 network printers just stop working, the jobs fail without really processing at all. /private/var/log/cups error log shows either "Aborting job because it has no files" or "Returning IPP client-error-bad-request for Send-Document"
Can get it working again by readding the driver and printer after resetting the printing system and then going to /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources and deleting all files in there.
But then after a restart it just happens again with the same behaviour.
So far I have tried:
Replacing .gz file in /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources after problem has happened.
• Adding new printer with replaced .gz file without resetting the printing system.
• Terminal commands for renaming /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.default
Maybe you can paint a bigger picture—
This is local Network or Remote connection...?
So this is some work environment when you say Network"printers"....(?)
You do not mention what exact Printers are involved here..brand name, more than one?
Are you using the "new" Application/Utilities/Print Center.app ? This is unclear with all the trickery you mention

Are you using the CUPs GUI interface through a browser? copy & paste: http://localhost:631

A more conventional approach:
>Systems Settings>Printers & Scanners
>System Setting>Privacy and Security>Local Network> Enable Print&Scan (?)
