iPhone recurring prompt to install unverified profile
One of the users I support is receiving a prompt to install an unverified profile (InCommon RSA Server CA) on her iPhone several times a day. We have tried many things including network reset, installing the profile, review background refresh, check open sites in Safari .etc but the popups persist. Anyone seen anything like this? It's a personal device not managed by our MDM system. Apple support was consulted and they recommended the network reset but that was not the fix.
