Still Unable to Remove Amazon Returns Codes from Apple Wallet

I am unable to remove Amazon returns from my Apple wallet (the 3 dots do not show when the return code is clicked) and have followed all the steps mentioned in the threads I could find. I am using the Apple Wallet app from my home screen (not double-clicking the side key), I deleted and reinstalled the app, I restarted my phone, I am fully current to the latest update 26.4.1, I have Mail (Beta) toggled off, I have Hide Expired Passes toggle on. What else am I missing?
