“This may be sensitive” constantly malfunctioning and blocking somebody. Can’t figure out how to fix.

I have parental controls and most of them work fine, but the ai moderating the content I’m allowed to see is insanely buggy and shouldn’t have been released if it was still like this. I was showing my best friend that I know from school my cat over FaceTime and all of a sudden their camera paused and my phone had text saying “audio and camera paused because (their name) might be showing something sensitive.” They had shifted their position and done a peace sign to my cat from what they told me. I trust that they wouldn’t show me anything inappropriate and the ai moderater has blocked innocent things multiple times so i don’t really trust it as much. I am now unable to call the group they’re in or them privately. They can’t be added to calls I’m in. How to fix this if anyone has?
