Why does my clock keep getting a re background several times a day. Every time I have to power off the phone and it disappears then it comes back again. It has nothing to do with the Standby mode in my iPhone.

A screenshot would be helpful as it's difficult to picture what you're describing.
The red color is not there right now since I just powered off and on again. Next time it happens I’ll take a screenshot and post it.
