Removing bloating “system data” from iPhone (iOS 26.3.1)

How do I remove this bloating “system data” from my iPhone (iOS 26.3.1)?

Approx 60-70% of my iPhones storage is “System Data” — how can I figure out what exactly this is and remove it?

It feels like my iPhone’s storage is constantly filling up to the point it is inoperable. I’ve tried factory resetting and restoring from backup (and then deleting unused applications), but it continues to give me issues.

System data is not something you can see or amend. It is a collection of cache and files, which you can't view. When system data grows out of control, it is usually the result of something corrupt and the only way to fix it is to backup your iPhone, preferably to your computer and then restore it from backup. See how to do that here --> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
