Charged for Apple Music without receiving the membership

so I just got charged for Apple Music 3 months but I never received the Apple music’s membership

Going to need some more information:

  • Are you a member of a Family Sharing plan?
  • Not sure what you mean by "you were charged for Apple Music 3 months", since it is a monthly subscription and there is no 3 month charge.
  • Do you see the charge in your Purchase History?

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

  • Is it currently an active subscription?

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

  • Subscriptions charges are accompanied by an email receipt from Apple, does the email address you received the email match the one you are attempting to access Apple Music?
