iTunes Signs Me Out Of Apple Account On Windows After Restart

Hello Everyone,

I am on Windows 11, using iTunes. Version 12.13.10.3.

When I open iTunes, a window pops up asking me to sign in to my Apple account. I sign in. Then the same window pops up again. I sign in again. It stays signed in.

Then, when I restart my computer, then open iTunes again, the same thing happens.

In other words, iTunes keeps signing me out after I restart my computer.

Does anyone know what might solve this problem and keep me signed in? This has actually been happening for years and I've always just ignored it. But it would be nice to get things to be working properly. Oh, and also, this happened on a Lenovo Legion laptop, and this is also still happening on an Acer Nitro laptop.

Thank you for the response.

It seems strange that it would make the window pop up twice in a row though. When these events happen, the sign-in window pops up twice, regardless of whether I click the X or whether I sign in.

Also, now the "issue" isn't happening consistently. I'm sure it will happen again though.

I find the "double signing in" thing somewhat irritating myself.

It's not the only quirk that Apple put us through. I repeatedly get asked if I want to "trust this browser". Surely once is enough?

Oh well.

As far as I an aware, this is standard Apple procedure and has been for a long time.

I assume that it's a security measure, designed to protect you and your account.
