Apple Watch not appearing in Find My

it's not something apple legally can assist with, best you can do is to hand it in with a local lost and found or your local law enforcements

If your Apple Watch is missing from the Find My app, it's usually because the watch isn't fully signed into your Apple account or a specific setting is disabled. Since Find My is the only way to track a lost device, ensuring it’s active is critical. 

Core Fixes

• Sign in on the Watch: Even if your watch is paired, it might not be signed into your Apple ID. On your Apple Watch, go to Settings > [Your Name]. If you don't see your name, tap to sign in with your Apple ID.
• Enable Find My Watch: Once signed in on the watch, go to Settings > [Your Name] > [Your Watch Name] > Find My Watch and ensure "Find My Watch" is toggled On.
• Enable Find My Network: In that same menu, turn on Find My network. This allows you to locate the watch even if it's offline or powered off.
• Check iPhone Privacy Settings: On your paired iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Ensure Location Services is On and that "Find My" is set to While Using the App. 

Additional Troubleshooting

• Verify Apple ID Match: Ensure both your iPhone and Apple Watch are signed into the exact same Apple ID.
• Refresh/Restart: Restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch to clear minor software glitches.
• Check iCloud.com: Log in to iCloud Find Devicesto see if the watch appears there; sometimes the web version updates faster than the app.
• Unpair and Re-pair: If settings look correct but the watch still won't appear, you may need to unpair the watch through the Watch app on your iPhone and set it up again. 

Note: If your watch was lost and Find My was not enabled beforehand, Apple has no other service to track or locate it. If it was enabled but isn't showing a location, it may have a dead battery or no internet connection.
