"When you allow apps to include audio in video and voice calls, both audio and microphone input will be added to a call. Muting the microphone will silence all audio."

Once enabled, you can start a call (Phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp) and open another app (e.g., Spotify, YouTube) to play audio. The other participant will hear both your voice and the app audio during the conversation. This feature is designed for sharing media, background music, or using voice-assisted communication apps during conversations.
