MacBook Air (2020) is running slow/EtreCheckPro2 report

My Macbook Air (2020) has been overheating and running slow for quite a while now. No matter what I try, I cannot fix the issue. So, I downloaded EtreCheckPro2 and had it check my laptop. The report is posted below. Please let me know what I should do. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

If you haven't yet, try to free Up Storage: A full SSD drastically slows performance. Remove large, unused files, empty the trash, and ensure at least 10–20% of your disk is empty.

Also open Activity Monitor which is located at /Applications/Utilities to see which apps are hogging CPU or memory, and force quit unnecessary ones.
