No Stop Bluetooth Connection Request

Hi there,

I keep getting a bluetooth "Connection Request" pop up asking to enter a passcode "0" to connect., when I hit "Igonre this device" or "cancel", it simply comes back again after a few seconds

I've tried all the different types of terminal and bluetooth resets and prompts, and feel kind of frustrated & hopeless at this point
