Unable to complete purchase for claude code 5x plan

My account can't pucharse claude code 5x plan, please help me to resolve it!

It remind "Unable to complete purchase Please try again"

First, make sure your payment method is up to date. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping and verify that your card is valid and hasn't expired. Also check if there's enough balance or credit on the card.


Second, try signing out and back into the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Sign Out, then sign back in. This refreshes your account connection.


Third, check if there are any pending charges or unpaid balances on your Apple ID. Sometimes a previous failed transaction can block new purchases. You can check this at reportaproblem.apple.com.


Fourth, make sure your iOS is updated to the latest version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Sometimes App Store purchase issues are fixed in newer iOS releases.


Fifth, try purchasing through a different device if you have one. If it works on another device, the issue is likely with the specific device's App Store cache. You can also try restarting your device.


Lastly, if Claude Code is a subscription from within an app, make sure you're not trying to purchase it while already subscribed to a different tier. You might need to cancel the existing subscription first before switching plans.
