Siri consistently display 'something went wrong' when sending messages on iPhone

why do i always get "something went wrong" when i ask seri to do something or to send a message. This is like every other week. If I open messages and voice to text, it’s just blank. It’s beyond frustrating as im a realtor and i need to send extremely time sensitive messages on the fly while driving to properties. I’m texting and driving just to send a message. In my opinion I would rather use Gemini Ai or googles voice assistant but after dropping 1000$ on an iPhone, I would think their voice assistant would work.
