How to find recently deleted phone number on iPhone?

1. Check the Recently Deleted folder in Contacts. Open the Contacts app or the Phone app, tap Contacts at the bottom, then scroll down to find Recently Deleted. Deleted contacts stay there for 30 days before being permanently removed.
