business account contact US problem

I have a problem about my business account.Last year I logged in my account. This year it wants Identity Type

Tax Registration Number , other things. I put every information correctly. It says

Enter a valid ID. So I wantt o help apple contact us.Its only redirect developer Call service. they sen me a mail. Please review Apple Business to address and update the maps associated with you business. It was a joke.because the problem I cant login without this information Identity Type Tax Registration Number for update my informations where is the business accounts Contact us ???????????????????????

Am no expert in this area, yet your request deserves some response.

Seems you need to be signed in to talk with the business experts,

yet your problem is in signing in.

Here's what I found for contact info:

Following the first link in the article below bought up a list of phone numbers for my region (Asia Pacific), so I trust doing the same will uncover phone numbers for whatever country to region you are in.
