Unable to recover iCloud ID due to verification email loop

Apple ID is now Apple Account.

Your Apple Account is the account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.

You can check you are signed in to your iPhone with the correct Apple (ID) Account details, and use those details to sign in to iCloud.

1. Open the Settings app.

If you are signed in Tap [your name] at the top

You will see the email address(es) you can use to sign in

If you forgot the password you use to sign in, you can easily reset it:

Eg: says: on your iPhone:

1. "Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap Sign-In & Security, then select Change Password.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
