Hello~ We can’t and neither will Apple. Your receipt says you have until May 9th of 2026 to return it and get your money back. I suggest that you do as the watch wasn’t properly prepared for resale.

You are better off returning it to the place that you purchased it.

Apple does remove an Activation Lock with proof of purchase, but since Apple does not get involved in third party sales that receipt usually has to be from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller.
