Problem iCloud for windows

I have an up-to-date W11, an Iphone 15 ios 26.4.2 and local classic Outlook wit an M365 subscription and iCloud subsciption

what I want (and did before the crash) was copying a calendar item from the master Outlook to Icloud fo windows if I was outside. In that manner it synced to the two iphones

I tried deleting Icloud for windows (apps and files) and then starting all over on W11 from the Micrrosft store.

However it crashes every time when loading in contact foto's around 700 from 1200

I contacted AI first then Apple support but there was no solution

nee, bypassing contacts didn't help. The strange thing is that after a few weeks I tried to copy a agenda item to the cloud (en so the two iphones) and all worked suddenly again ?
