Why does my microphone disappear and reappear on messenger.
I need to use dictation to type text and the microphone comes and goes and works /doesn’t when it wants to.
Where is the button on iPhone to make my microphone work when I push it to use voice to text? Sometimes I push it and it just keeps playing and listening and not typing.
iPhone 16e, iOS 26
Input a Phone number first.
If the phone entered is activated with iMessage then the mic icon will appear automatically.
You can only send audio messages to another iPhone through iMessage and not through SMS.
I’m referring to voice to text not sending an audio message.
Seems like the voice to text microphone works when at wants and it only appears when it wants. Could this be a key logger issue.
