Forgot login password for Apple Neo

If you have forgotten your Mac login password; after trying three attempts, you should find an option to reset your password with your Apple Account.

From there, you simply follow the prompts and your Mac should simply restart like normal.

NOTE: You may need to sign back into iCloud and other services after the successful login.

Following methods could help your issue.

To reset a forgotten login password on a MacBook Neo, restart and hold the power button (or Touch ID) to access Recovery Mode/Startup Options. Use your Apple ID to reset the password, or select "Forgot password" at the login screen after three failed attempts. Alternatively, use Terminal.app in Recovery to type:

resetpassword.

Everything it’s says to do I can’t do. There is no power button, no login screen no question mark, no reset or recovery options

Without one, the device isn’t going to have much utility.
