Apple Watch Perfect Move Month not appearing for April

Perfect move month has not appeared for April.

My move streak is still intact, so I haven’t missed a day.

Watch is up to date, phone is up to date. Both devices have been restarted numerous times together.

I’ve finally done the “last resort” according to AI answers and unpaired / paired my watch…. Annoying but if it had have worked, worth it. No different.

I’ve hit the perfect month since December 22 (as can be seen with the 1253 day streak!!)

The one thing I’ve seen on a couple of answers for the same issue many years ago and countless software versions behind, is messing around with dates, but that’s usually to do with the actual award end of month. My April “go for it” is missing, so the end of the month problem won’t even get to be a problem at this rate 😢

Hopefully, someone can give me a clue on how to get this back.
