• Open Settings
• Tap Accessibility
• Tap Display & Text Size
• Scroll to the bottom

OR:

• Open Settings
• Enter “Auto-brightness” in the search bar at the bottom
• Tap Enter

Tell Siri; "Toggle auto brightness".
