Use Apple Intelligence to analyze everything I have in documents and MAIL

Hi

I use Google Workspace and macOS.

If I use GEMINI, it gives me really, really usefull tips, analizing my emails, remembering what was said in a meeting in 2021 where I wrote the Minutes etc.

If I try the same thing with Siri on my M4 Macbook Air, it sends me to the web or wants to involve ChatGPT.

Do I miss something?

My dream would be, that lets say I have complicated matter, that took 20 emails over a year. I GEMINI I can say, resume this. In Apple Intelligence? How do I do it there?

Pierre ~ If you're running macOS 26, Apple's Shortcuts app offers a “Use Model” action which allows you to tap directly into Apple Intelligence models or ChatGPT and provide responses that feed into the rest of your shortcut.

However, the two private models have character limitations and so, for your "complicated matter" you may have to use the ChatGPT option instead. Plus, you would have to first copy & paste your "20 emails" into a single text to pass to the “Use Model” action.

...In summary, Apple Intelligence in Shortcuts is powerful for a variety of tasks — just not for your particular one. (Although you could experiment with the private models and see if you hit the character limit.)
