Accessibility Keyboard Shifting When Suggestions Show Up

After upgrading to Tahoe, the accessibility keyboard is, ironically, less accessible. Someone else already described the issue in this thread: Accessibility Keyboard Glitch - Apple Community

Basically, after you type enough characters for the suggestions bar at the top to show up, it now shifts the entire keyboard. So, if you're used to using the keyboard, you'll be clicking on keys and suddenly the keyboard will jump and you'll click the wrong key. This is incredibly frustrating and a huge downgrade from previous functionality, making an extremely useful tool nearly useless.
