How to disable Spatial Audio on AirPods Pro 2when using AirPlay from iPhone 17 to MacBook Air?

Hello, every time I use AirPlay from my iPhone 17 with latest iOS to share content from various apps to my MacBook Air, the audio in the content (for example shows from Prime Video or Netflix) will automatically switch to Spatial Audio to my AirPods Pro 2. I am unable to change the audio settings since the AirPlay playback will always lock me out from going to menu bar or anywhere else. I would really like to switch to non-spatial since it's making the quality worse.
