I have an M4 Mac Mini connected to two monitors with extended display . The Apple TV app on the Mac Mini has sound but does NOT display video on the main display when I try to play a show. Is there something that can be done to fix this?

Make sure the display the Tv App is on is actually set as the main display in System Settings ➜ Displays ➜ Click on the display in question ➜ Use As, and make sure "Main Display" is checked.
Thank you. It was set to main. After some more digging around, I noticed that the Apple TV app was set to "Display 1". When I set it to "None" the issue seems to have disappeared.
