Typed letters and words are spoken aloud

everytime i type a letter it says it outloud and also says something that starts with that letter

Maybe Typing Feedback is turned on at Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback. Turn off all options you see there.

you may have activated one of several accessibility feature:

System Settings > Accessibility > Voice Over

System Settings > Accessibility > Live Speech

or less likely:

System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content

System Settings > Accessibility > Audio Descriptions
