Hi,

"panic(cpu 4 caller 0xfffffe002454bedc): ACIO1 Recoverable Panic - assert_id=1401 - ACIO main workloop(2)

assert_id=1401"

This could be related to a lot of Memory and/or CPU intensive tasks - possible solution to try:

Disabling Spotlight from indexing my Bootcamp volume.

  • Navigate to System Settings > Spotlight > Search Privacy.
  • Click the + button and select the Boot Camp volume to exclude it from indexing.

"Faulting task 2 Call Stack: 0x000000000000664e 0x0000000000006230 0x00000000000060dc 0x000000000000a4fe 0x000000000000a806 0x000000000001d11c 0x000000000000c61a 0x00000000000244c2 0x00000000000243fa"

Typically related to Bridge OS PCIe Up Link Timeout:

To diagnose the specific "Faulting task 2" error, you would need to consult Apple Support or a technical expert who can analyze the full kernel panic log.

"AKF_KIC_INBOX_CTRL or AKF_AP_OUTBOX_CTRL"

Common reasons for mail issues on macOS, such as messages stuck in the outbox or mailbox corruption, typically involve:

  • Network and Server Issues: Unstable connections, incorrect SMTP settings, or ISP blocking port 25.
  • Corrupted Data: Corrupted Outlook profiles, large attachments exceeding server limits, or damaged index files in Apple Mail.
  • Software Bugs: Known issues in specific versions of Outlook for Mac (e.g., version 16.87) or synchronization problems with IMAP accounts.
