Phantom FaceTime calls in my group chat

We have a group chat and about 6-10 times a week there is a phantom FaceTime call within the group chat. No one in the group is initiating it. When someone answered it, there was a stranger who was not in our group on the FaceTime. We have deleted and blocked the group and started a new group and it didn’t fix. How can we make it stop?
