Running processes: Pressing `command + -` in the terminal makes the font smaller.
Pressing `command + 0` returns to the default settings.
Problem: Pressing `command + +` doesn't enlarge the font. We would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

On macOS Tahoe), the keyboard equivalent of Command + + (zoom in) in Terminal is a bit tricky because + requires Shift.
Command (⌘) + Shift + =
That is because the + symbol is on the = key when you hold Shift.

Boot macOS Safe Mode:
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
If there is any 3rd party interference, that should eliminate it.
You could also Quit macOS Terminal, then move the Terminal preferences out of $HOME/Library/Preferences and see it behave correctly.
Your shortcut to make text larger is shown to be Command-colon instead of Command-plus.
Maybe you added it yourself in System Settings->Keyboard?
Go to System Settings->Keyboard, click "Keyboard Shortcuts", the "App Shortcuts" and see if there one for
"Bigger".
Also: what is your keyboard layout? Different layouts may sometimes cause shortcuts to differ.
And in many layouts, you'd also need to use the Shift key to produce a colon; hence I am thinking maybe you are using French layout? That one produces a colon without requiring a modifier.
For example, in the US layout you'd be seeing Command-Shift-semicolon, not Command-Colon.
Your profile shows that you are using a Mac mini.
If you are using a generic keyboard with the Mac mini, verify your Modifier Keys settings.
Then open the Keyboard Viewer and verify that your Modifier Keys are working as expected.

As you can see shortcut symbol is different between on each other's terminal I updated allow full authorize to my keyboard. but still doesn't work at all.
I installed iTerms terminal it works perfectly

This must be some external keyboard issue.
certainly verify Full Keyboard Access did NOT get turned on (?)

All the default setting on the built in keyboard work as expected...
On macOS Tahoe 26.4.1, I can use cmd+{+,-,0} (ignoring the braces) to change text size in the Terminal window without any other keyboard modifiers needed. I am using the SF Mono Medium 18 font and size via Terminal Settings > Profiles panel for my selected profile.
Here is my Profiles panel for my IR_Black profile:
⌘ + = Zoom Text
⌘ - = Zoom OutText
⌘ 0 ( zero ) = original test size
Works here in 1 M5, 1 M4, 1 M3 laptops and 1 M2 and 1 M4 Desktops each with Tahoe 26.4.1
Go figure
Does this not work only in Terminal or do they work elsewhere ?

This is a very abnormal behaviour which I can not duplication on any of the 5 M-Class computers running Tahoe 26.4.1
It seems to be a localized issue and unique to the computer setup

can be easily adjusted in posting here, just by dragging the handles; it may not have to do with the original screen size. The crucial aspect is the one you marked with an arrow - the shortcut was successfully changed,
