I do not own any Apple products. Using the AppleTV website, how do I change my phone number used for 2 factor identification? There is nothing in settings that allows me to edit it!
Log into https://account.apple.com and change it there.

The account.apple.com website is the central website for maintaining an Apple Account, and the account info is maintained there, and is also accessible via device-local settings on various gear.
