How to resolve Apple devices randomly disconnecting from Eero wifi?
I’ve been using my Apple devices (iPhones, iPad, Apple TVs) on my Eero wifi for years with no issues. About a week ago, my Apple devices started randomly disconnecting from wifi. My cable modem and Eero main router both appeared to be connected but I did a hard rest on both just to make sure. ISP says issue is not on their end so I turned to Eero support. After several days of back and forth emails and adjusting settings, the issue is still occurring and Eero is recommending I contact Apple. Last night my iPad lost the wifi and a message came up saying, “Unable to join the network. This network is operating on WiFi channels in use by several other nearby networks. Restarting your wireless router may allow it to automatically choose the best channel to use, and may resolve this problem.”
I have restarted the wireless router numerous times. The issue is still occurring. Anyone have any suggestions? I am using iPhone 15s, iPad Pro 5th gen, Eero 7. All are fully up-to-date.
