When you say you can't get BOTH to connect, are you implying you CAN get ONE to connect but not the other?

the usual way to "pair" MFI hearing aids is to remove the battery or place them in the charging case, then on the iPhone, open:

Settings > Accessibility > Hearing: Hearing Devices

Then start up one hearing aid at a time and they should pair on that iPhone screen.

what model Signia hearing aids?

are these MFI hearing aids?

Check for a stereo setting on whatever add-on app you’re probably using here.

If there’s not some setting for this, best ask your audiologist for whichever model you have here, as was mentioned.

Another potential option are AirPods Pro, as the current models do include hearing aid functions.

Those appear to be MFI hearing aids, based on the list in this article:

Both should be EASY to connect in exactly the same way, as long as you do one at a time so they don't clash with each other.

if one is connected. open that iPhone pane, remove the second one from the charging case so it fully powers up, and it is supposed to connect automatically.

MFI devices are not intended to connect via the Bluetooth pane, and will NOT do so there.
