Not possible.
Apple introduced the iPhone 6 in September 2014 – about eleven and a half years ago. It originally ran iOS 8. For the iPhone 6, iOS 12 is the end of the line. It will never be able to update to iOS 13 or higher. (For one thing, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and every iPhone that can run something later than iOS 12 has at least twice that amount.)
If you want to run modern apps, it is time to purchase a new iPhone.
