Can an iPod 6 still synchronize with a Mac?

I´ve got an iPod 6 and stoped to make synchronization since last week.
Apple support said that is no more possible synchronize the iPod 6 to the Mac ?!

Whoever told you that was mistaken.
Almost all iPods can continue to synchronize with a Mac just fine. Only exception are the very old iPod classics that used Firewire.
What happens when you plug in the iPod to your Mac?
What macOS version is your Mac running?
How are you connecting the iPod to the Mac exactly?
Did you recently updated? If so, from what macOS to what macOS?
Have you tried a different cable? It's possible the cable failed.
Are you using an adapter?
