Can Apple recover deleted iPhone photos without backup?

Hello, I need help recovering some photos and videos on my iPhone.

I deleted them from the Hidden album, and now they are not in the Recently Deleted folder either.

At the time, I did not have iCloud Photos enabled, and I have never made a backup using iTunes or a computer.

Can you please check if there is any possible way to recover these files from Apple’s side?

These photos are very important to me, so I would really appreciate any help or confirmation. Thank you.

If the photos no longer appear in the Recently Deleted album, and iCloud Photos was not enabled at the time, they have been permanently deleted. Without iCloud Photos enabled or a prior backup, there is unfortunately no remaining source from which the photos can typically be recovered.

While we are other Apple users and not Apple employees, Apple has publicly stated that user data on iPhone is encrypted and protected by your passcode. Because of this, Apple does not have a backdoor or separate copy of your personal photos that they can provide on request.

For future reference, consider keeping an external backup of important photos to you.
