Warranty Claim on iPhone Case
I purchased 2 x apple silicone iPhone cases less than a year ago. Both are completely defective. Peeling and deteriorating from standard use.
There is no option anywhere in the Apple Support app/website to make a claim about these.
I was told at an Apple Store that I needed to make a Genius Bar appointment.
Why does it feel like everyone is complaining about this and Apple is trying to make it so hard for everyone to get a replacement for a known and wide spread issue?
Has anyone had success with getting a replacement or money back?
