We understand that you might want it......but I am sorry that you will need to understand you will never get it.
The iPhone Xr is not compatible with iOS 26.
You will need a new phone if you want to run iOS26. An iPhone 17 or iPhone 16 model would be recommended
It's not sold separately or upgradable in existing units. If you get a newer iPhone which has one, yes.

If you buy a newer or new iPhone you'll get a better CPU. But there is NO way at all to upgrade the CPU in an iPhone at all. You can't buy one anywhere, including from Apple.
