Hi, I turned on Guided Access for my iPad, (which has no power button) I’ve tried the hard reset or whatever and I forgot my password. I’m currently waiting for 180 seconds before putting in the wrong password, please help.

Once your device is restarted, you can then go to Settings > Accessibility > Guided Access > Guided Access - and turn off Guided Access if needed.

That is not possible. Every iPad has a power button. Depending on your model, it is either on top or it is on the side near the volume buttons.
You can try force restarting it as described in “Force restart iPad” here.
