Options:
— Sell the Mac, and get a Windows PC.
— Load Parallels on macOS, and install and boot Windows 10 as a guest.
— Follow this script:
Whichever the path chosen, have backups of all important data across all partitions.
Use Windows as a guest in Parallels. It deals with this and other details, and is less likely to leave you with partition issues or boot issues.
I would again encourage using a Windows PC here, and not a Mac, too.
I would not suggest acquiring downloads from sources other than the vendor. (Official Window 10 ISO)

Nothing shuts down my brain like Windows and Microsoft — i think I’m going to pass on this again for lack of getting a thumb drive installer
irony here is i believe i bought windows 10 retail discs — that seems like a long time ago — i recall seeing it in my Microsoft login products — so glad i went with apple mac back in the day…
