Photos imports old iPhone photos when syncing with Mac

Photos keeps importing old photos. It's been years now that I have this same issue each time I sync my phone (I don't use iCloud). I just connectt my phone and I still have two years old picture coming out that I have to delete. It's happening every time I sync my phone with my Mac and I couldn't find here any solution here, it looks I'm not the only one but I did reinstalled my machine, reconstruct Photo, it didn't help. I get used to it now but if anyone had a magic solution, I'll be happy to!
