Constantly asking me to verify I'm 18 after already doing it.

I verfied my age and all, but when I go to settings > screen time > content and privacy restrictions, app store, media web & games > web content and change that to unrestricted it prompts me to reverify my age which I do with my credit card. Then it tells me I need to sign into my apple which I do but when I go back onto it, it hasn't changed and remains on Limit Adult Website. Any fix for this?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 26

Thank you for your question to the community! Below are a few suggestions, which may help you solve this.

(1) Wondering if your iPhone's iOS version is up-to-date ... keeping updated often sidesteps issues that arise

.You can check for updates in Settings > General > Software Updates.

(Reminder: It is always wise to back-up iPhone first, if you choose to update the iOS version)

(2) Else: If software version is already up-to-date for your iPhone model:

You can try restarting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update the recent verification details or settings etc., and will often restore order iif something is not working as expected.

(3) You might want to check the birth date listed in your Apple Account is correct.

If needed: Apple support provide an article online to assist with editing a birth date:

Eg: says:

"It’s important to have your correct birthday on file with your Apple Account.

It’s used in features like Family Sharing and helps provide age-appropriate experiences.
