iPhone 13 display is darkening and dimming
is there any bug on 26.4.2 my iphone 13 display is darkening & dimming (no hardware damage) while my 17 is fine

First thing to check is the battery status.
Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
if the Maximum Capacity is 80% or less, the battery needs to be replaced at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop.

If the battery checks out OK, you still need to take the phone to the shop so they can diagnose the screen issue and suggest a fix.
