Discontinued Wondery+ refund not showing on Report a Problem
Hello,
I have an active Wondery+ subscription billed through Apple and paid until January.
Wondery+ is being discontinued on May 21st, but the subscription does not appear on reportaproblem.apple.com, so I cannot submit a refund request.
Wondery support redirected me to Apple because the subscription was purchased through the App Store.
I also cannot call Apple support at the moment because I am currently having issues with my phone line, so I am trying to find a written support option.
Has anyone experienced this issue with annual subscriptions or discontinued services? Is there another way to contact Apple in writing when the refund tool does not display the subscription?
