Address Book crashes when launched

I've been using Address Book to access my Exchange 2007 (now 2010) contact list for over a year. It crashed yesterday when I dragged a contact from my Mac (10.6.4) to the Exchange 2010 database. Address Book now crashes immediately after launching "due to uncaught exception…".

i solved the problem by deleting (actually moving) the files in ~/Library/Application Support/Address Book, then restoring those files from a Time Machine backup from the previous day. I may have lost a couple of recent contacts in the process, but it's not the end of the world.

ahhh - the real solution: turned out that Address Book was still looking at the old (pre-Exchange_2010) server. i pointed it in the right direction (A-B- preferences) and it seems to be much happier.
