Magic Keyboard Touch ID stopped working on Mac mini Pro

2024 Maci Mini Pro does not recognize that Magic keyboard has Touch Id. Touch Id was working but stopped. I tried all Apple Support suggestions. I deleted the old fingerprint and when I tried to add a new one it said "Unable to set up Touch ID on your keyboard".

Months ago the Mac told me to press the power button repeatedly and then the Touch Id worked again. Then it stopped again a few weeks later.
