Can the 'Other Apps' list in Face ID & Passcode be Deleted?
Can the "Other Apps" list in Settings "Face ID & Passcode" be cleared/deleted ?

They can't be removed, but if you turn each of the apps off there, they won't be able to use Face ID for authentication.
Even if turned on, you would need to enable the option from within the app for them to use it, and they will only have access to Face ID when you try to open them and use them and at no other time.
There's nothing specifically harmful about them having there. It's an option to log in to the app if you want to use it. Otherwise it's not used.
